Tucked into a quiet lane in Mukojima, Sumida City, Japanese Culture Experience Omakase Marimari is a small place where you can feel Japan through food. The experience unfolds “omakase” style—seasonal ingredients, gentle dashi aromas, and thoughtful dishware choices that make each moment feel personal and unhurried. It’s less about a flashy meal and more like stepping into a slice of everyday Japanese sensibility. Drop by during a neighborhood stroll and you’ll also catch Mukojima’s calm, old-town atmosphere—an easy contrast to the bustle around Asakusa and Tokyo Skytree.

Maximum 8 people per group.
We will welcome guests dressed in traditional kimono.
The meal consists of 6 to 7 dishes, including teppan-cooked items popular among international guests such as Japanese fried chicken, yakisoba, monjayaki-style miso soup, rice balls, and more. We also highly recommend trying natto.
After the meal, you will enjoy a traditional Japanese dance and flute performance, followed by an interactive game session with explanations.
We do not provide child seats, but there is space where children can lie down.
Children aged 12 and above will be charged the same fee as adults. For children under 12, please order food separately on-site.
